If you can sleep with a little noise from nearby highway you will be fine. Nice price and close to everything.

Staff was great and accommodating!! I stay for over a month for work and they were very helpful and privacy was great! Overall it was a great experience for being one of their first customers after opening 🙂

Excellent and new hotel. Only two things that could be a challenge but the price overcomes both. One is the lobby shuts down at 11pm which requires extra steps to check in. The other is no breakfast, however, has a stocked kitchen. Great for overnight travelers. Lack of swimming pool could also be a deterrent for families with kids. Very clean and perfect rooms.

The entire stay was excellent, the only thing was we had no signal on the TV the nice girl at the office she even tried to set it up. No iron or iron board, no blow dryer ( not sure if these are included anymore) that was it. It was definitely clean and were assisted promptly when we had problems with the TV.

This is a bare bones accommodation literally which doesn't hurt my feelings at all. Bring your own stuff - no dishes or cookware or conditioner - but you have towels, shampoo and soap, dishwasher and dishwasher towel and soap, bedding is light but it's San Antonio. I appreciated the quiet, clean, new room.

They had one housekeeper. Rooms not ready at 3pm. We needed to take a shower for events. Not ready for another 2-3 hours. Cancelled the reservation at the desk. They said no fees. We went to another hotel. It was crap situation.

When I went to check in, I was told they were short staffed and had no clean rooms. Also told since I had not yet paid and opted to pay at the property, I was not going to be on the list for a room. I paid and then was told to come back in an hour or call to see if my room was clean. I tried calling 2 hours later and no one was answering the phone. We went back there to check and there was no one at the front desk and 4 people waiting. When someone finally came, they again said there were no rooms. Finally got our room about 7:00. Went to the front desk many time to ask about towels, WiFi etc and there was never anyone at the desk to ask.

I have traveled the world for the last 40 years
I never had customers service front desk like that ever. I arrive at the front desk at 9:30pm after driving for 4:30 hours the front desk person was the rudest and the most unprofessional person I have seen in 40 years. I come in and say hello I need to check in here is my confirmation number she answered like that I don’t have any rooms we are all booked I said I am not asking for a new room I have reservation and it’s confirmed and paid for she said I don’t care about you reservation I am booked.
I said you haven’t even looked at my confirmation
I showed her my confirmation and even pulled out my credit card app to show her that is paid .
She answered I don’t care about you reservation or your payment I don’t have any rooms I am not going to go back and forth and if you don’t leave I can call the police I asked to talked to a manager she said it’s no manager here today you can come back tomorrow and talk to someone this is by far is the worse customer service person I talk to ever .
It’s very pathetic that you let 18 years old to run your business I have owned my business for 38 years
I talked and seen tens of thousands of people a year
I never seen that bad and poor customer service person anywhere.
She did not want to give me her name but in the end she did her name is lani and I am sure you can find her name easily I arrive at 4/10/3026 at 9:30 pm
This is just the beginning I am not going to let this just pass

The property itself is new and clean. Unfortunately, our experience with management overshadowed that.
On checkout morning, we woke 26 minutes past the 11:00 a.m. deadline and immediately called to inquire about booking another night. Rather than being given a chance to complete payment, Assistant Manager Rudy demanded we vacate within 10 minutes and threatened to call the police.
We had been quiet, respectful guests for multiple nights and were actively attempting to extend our stay. The situation could have been handled with basic professionalism and courtesy.
While policies are understandable, the lack of discretion and the immediate escalation were concerning.
