1. Bathroom had visible damage and large mold spot on ceiling.
2. Front desk always had an attitude for even the smallest request. Asking for the complimentary grab and go breakfast got me an annoyed reaction. Asking for extra pillows and blankets got a snarky response of "But there's 4 already in the room." Almost every time I walked into the building, they were arguing with guests.
3. We spent 8 nights there, and the wifi was down for 4 days. When it was online, it ran at a snail's pace. We had to do some work from our room and had to use data almost the entire time. And of course, when asking about when the wifi would be back on, we got a "maybe tomorrow" and an eye roll.
4. The TV in the room did not have a functioning remote, you HAD to download an app to use it.
5. The elevator were constantly filled with bags of trash and linens, so if you have a wheelchair, good luck.
6. The trash cans in the King sized room were absolutely miniscule when there was room for a medium sized bin in the bathroom. It was really obnoxious to have to play garbage tetris with anything we brought back to our room.
The ONLY good part of this visit is that they regularly restocked towels and emptied the tiny trash cans.
Do not go to this hotel. There are better hotels for this price point, or just eat the cost and pay for something better.
