Loin de tout pas de restaurant à moins d un kilomètre. Et surtout ne devrait pas être proposé pour 3 adultes. Le frigo est bruyant et le canapé pas confortable le matelas est très fin et nous avons mis le matelas au sol. Peu équipé et pas de couverture pour le canapé

Det er et Resort der bærer præg af at det en gang har været godt, men det er mange år siden. Lejlighederne var dårligt rengjort, der lå skrald på terassen fra tidligere gæster. Sengene skulle være udskiftet for min. 5 år siden, de var helt udslidte.

Our stay at Condos was an absolute disappointment and the worst service we have ever experienced. We originally booked for 6 people, but upon arrival, we were told we needed to switch to a bigger room due to having 2 infant. We agreed, only to be hit with an unexpected $79 charge, which was then arbitrarily raised to $250. It felt completely predatory and like they were taking advantage of families traveling with babies. To make matters worse, we had already paid $770 through our booking and additional 370 dollars whereas their official website listed the rate as only $600, when enquired about this they were not able to answer. Inside the room, the conditions were unacceptable: the lights did not work, and virtually none of the amenities were functional aside from the microwave. The staff were unprofessional and did not provide the reason of the high amount of difference. We will never book here again under any circumstances.

The location is fantastic being right down the road from MSA. The pool facilities are great. The staff were all very friendly, and I received top class service and care from them. This is a great place to visit especially for a family with children as they will really enjoy the waterpark area.

Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how easy it was to get around and enjoy the area without feeling rushed. For anyone looking for a short, relaxing escape, I’d definitely recommend this spot. The hot tub and pools was a big hit to our stay. Kids had an amazing time in the outdoor water play area. Looking forward to returning someday

Très bel endroit, personnel chaleureux et très apprécié en famille. Seul hic, notre bouilloire a brisée et nous avions uniquement 2 minuscules chaudrons dont 1 scrap ainsi que 2 petites poêles.

Unfortunately when we showed up for check in there was no electricity anywhere on the premises, and when we were given the key to our condo, the cleaning team had barely started. They politely asked we come back in an hour to settle in. Condo is well thought out, with a room and bathroom on each side, and the kitchen and living room in the middle. Each side having a balcony also. It would be great for two couples sharing or a family of 5 like us where not everyone needs to go to bed at the same time. Outdoor pools are diverse in heating and placement so not everyone is in one large pool, which is nice. The water slides and games are fun too. Kids loved that part! The indoor arcades were mostly out of order and the large indoor pool area was very dirty and not maintained (broken tiles, unearthed synthetic plants, filthy floor to ceiling windows) which was a bummer for the rainy days. I am not one to make unpleasant comments unless it is very bad and that part was, unfortunately. It is well situated and has a lot of potential, but there needs to be more maintenance done to what doesn’t work, and a lot more cleaning to be a more welcoming environment.
