Lovely hotel.

Had a lovely time here. Great location near the river and amenities. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Highlight was the chicken rice at breakfast. Delicious.

Location great. River just over the road. Main town a few minutes walk. The decor of the hotel almost put me off booking as it’s really not my style but I’m glad I went ahead and stayed. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Large windows so plenty of natural light, able to be opened a little too. Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again.

Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean

The hotel is clean and safe. The only thing is the cardio room. The equipment needs to be sanitized, at least once a day. People using the equipment do not have anything to wipe them down after use. This is true especially for the treadmills that get sweated on and not cleaned properly.

Dirt on room door handle and washroom handle. Water bottle was opened, not the new bottle.

Buen hotel aunque algo antiguo

Hostel bastante bueno en relación calidad precio aunque algo antiguo. Habitaciones bastante amplias y limpias, buena cama, personal amable, bien situado. Se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle y la habitación huele un poco a moqueta.

A reasonable hotel

Staff were polite and friendly. Room was reasonably appointed but is in a serious need for a refurbishment. Breakfast basic, being limited, but still good. Wifi free and reliable.

Not quite there yet

The property needs a professional international management organisation to manage it. Current situation is just not good enough for international travelers.
