The fact you have to leave a 200 euro safety deposit is not transparent. Apparently it is for 'execssive damage'. I checked out today and apparently I'll get it tomorrow. Let's see. I travelled with a child under 5, meaning 2 separate sleeping arrangements in 2 rooms. It was boiling and no Aircon, so I asked for 2 fans. I was scoffed at by a male receptionist why said absolutely not, like ai was being unreasonable. So my daughter had a fan, we didn't sleep. The reception only opens for set periods of the day. So if you lost your key while the reception is closed, we'll good luck. It closes for the evening at 8pm and your family is given one key. There is green mould on the balcony. There are marks all over the walls. However, our room was not dirty, crockery and cutlery was clean and new sponges for washing up etc. no insects and bathroom was nice. I liked the apartment.
