die lage des hotels ist wunderbar. das zimmer hat schöne große fenster zur stadtseite, die aber nur für einen spalt zu öffnen sind. leider hallen die straßengeräusche bis in den 6.stock, aber es ist ja auch das kernzentrum.

The look of the entrance at street level is very poor, but please dont let that put you off... Once on the 6th floor, everything changes, its a great little hotel in a great location!

Stayed overnight for a concert following instructions on how to get there with the construction going on was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and beds very comfortable would definitely stay here again

Preisleistung stimmt leider nicht ganz, eher überteuret, normales Zimmer eher laut, weil neben Bahnhof, Lage super. Frühstück gab es doch, klein aber gut. Personal an der Reception meinte gibt nur Kaffee. Eingang schwer zu finden, es ist da! direkt neben Tre Vietnam, nach kleinem Schild suchen.

Excellent location for convenience. Hotel is located on 6th floor of part of station building, instructions sent to find the entrance were clear and no issues for us. Staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Room very comfortable and clean. Included continental breakfast was simple and does the job - fruit, yoghurt and granola and fresh croissant with salami and cheese. We made the most of the 24hr access to the coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The windows need sound proofing. You could hear noise from the street all night, which was surprising since it's on the 6th floor. Nearby car alarms or building alarms going off every 15 minutes. Didn't sleep a wink

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe, sehr gut für Erkundungen, schlecht weil's im Zentrum bis in die späte Nacht sehr laut zu geht. Wer da empfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, das Bad leider winzig mit nicht einmal Haken für die Handtücher. Generell gibt's in Hotels nur mehr wenig Stauraum, ein paar frei hängende Kleiderhaken und das war's.

The room wasn’t exactly as advertised but was very spacious - unfortunately when we arrived their was an open bottle of wine and used glasses left in our room, however given it wasn’t a huge issue we chose to overlook this - just something to be aware of - the staff were incredibly lovely and extremely helpful

The room is nice and staff were friendly. Access to the hotel is a bit awkward. The shower didn’t work properly, it was near boiling temperature and couldn’t be adjusted to lower temperature so didn’t use it. We were woken at 7:30 am with the noise of construction / demolition works.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was really central. The instructions to find it were really confusing especially if trying to enter from the train station. The room was lovely and the beds comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities which was a shame. The continential breakfast was also very disappointing. Only cereal was granola but this was empty, then bread but no toaster so just bread, butter, jam and some little pastries. They were also doing some building work so all we could hear throughout breakfast was drills.

Should not be sold as a hotel. The photos when booking did not match the room we got. Entrance from central station not clearly marked and Entrance from union street was awful. There wasn't a kettle or aircon even premier provide these things! Would never ever recommend staying here

I was quite anxious about staying here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. This is a new hotel so everything is newly renovated. My room was large and stylishly decorated, with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was also good, a self-serve choice of croissants, hot drinks, cold meats, cheese, juice and cereal with yoghurt. There were however a few negatives. The room was very warm and there is no air conditioning. I left the windows open but the location above Central Station meant it was noisy as you can hear the train announcements below. The location is very central but the area felt quite rough and the entrance to the hotel is not welcoming, you have to call reception and punch in a code to get in then go up in a lift. The entrance hall does not match the feel of the hotel and there was nowhere to leave luggage. I would choose the other Address hotel in Glasgow over this one, at least until it has settled a little

So, this department is very newly created, and you'll notice. The bathroom door doesn't have a lock, there are some paint stains here and there, the elevator is really shabby. The breakfast area is not done, hence you need to walk for 5 minutes (outside) to get to the other "the address" venue to get it. Also getting there was surprisingly difficult, at no fault of their own, because of huge construction works in the area blocking off the easiest street entrance. No tea or coffee offered in the room. Also only a ranshower showerhead with no concentrated spray, so it was hard to rinse out shampoo (if you have long hair). No conditioner offered. Otherwise the staff were amazing and the cleanliness was a really good standard. Looking away from the construction outside the window. Had Chromecast and good wifi. I'm overall happy with it as a place to rest ones head.

Hotel is the top floor of what looks like an Edwardian office building next to Glasgow Central rail station. Room was recently decorated and very clean. Comfortable bed. Compact but very clean en suite with new fittings. Instead of tea/coffee making facilities in the room these are available free of charge in the breakfast room “the Parlor”, a very good coffee machine. A nice touch.

We arrived early and asked to leave our cases. The very helpful man on reception told us our room was ready so we could check in early. Unfortunately there was a disgusting mess left in the toilet. The cleaner had sprayed bleach down the loo but had not attempted to clean the actual mess. Absolutely disgusting! The rest of the room was clean. The continental breakfast and free tea/coffee was a lively touch.

Lovely hotel in a great location. the room was spacious and very clean, continental breakfast was basis but ample with a decent coffee making machine. everything was on your doorstep, especially central station . Friendly staff, highly recommended
