Great value, Easy parking.

The room was fine, although for some reason there weren't any hangers in the wardrobe. I was thankful for ice from the bar downstairs (it was another very hot day), and also for the quiet neighbourhood. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

Parking was very easy. However, there was no breakfast available.

It's fine for the price. Has free parking. The guests in one of the other rooms appeared to have used all the hot water in the morning, so we and two other guests in a different room had to have cold showers when we got up.

6/10 Buena

The room was small and very hot as the window didn’t open that wide. It was very clean but a little dated. Plenty of parking and the lady behind the bar was welcoming and helpful.

4/10 Regular

Very disappointed: owner/manager extremely rude. Welcome not good . Booked 6 nights but only stayed for one. Room scruffy. We booked a double room but got two singles pushed together which was not comfortable. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when asked what time breakfast would be told very rudely - WE DONT DO BREAKFAST. The television in our room did not work after 20:30, The TV remote not clean, there was only one very small bedside light which was not really adequate.. Although we only spent one night, they charged us for two. We complained to hotels.com who we booked with but so far, they have not followed up this complaint. Promised a return phone call but none received. Will not use hotels.com again, and would definitely not use The Old Wainhouse Inn. We booked this stay through hotels.com based on the information provided and feel that the accommodation was not as advertised and did not meet the standards we had reasonably expected.
