Breakfast was slow but worth the wait and a great selection of food made to order. Super friendly and informative check in. Beautiful grounds and a big plus to have a pool, although you will need your own pool towels.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Great value for money, with excellent facilities. We especially loved the outdoor space and the swimming pool, which were perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, had a funny smell when we arrived, wasn't quite so noticeable when you'd been in there a while but we could smell it each time we went in again, couldn't find the source of it though. Breakfast was lovely, great selection, food was very nice, husband e joyed the full English cooked breakfast. Would have been nice to have a little more selection for cooked meals in the evening.

Pros: The room itself was clean and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly, and the gardens are pretty. Cons: there was a wedding on site with extremely loud music blaring until midnight, so much so that we could hear every word of every song even in our room. It was really disruptive, especially with a young child. (To be fair to the hotel, they did tell us a few days before our stay that there would be an event, but by then it was too late to book anywhere else. We also didn't expect the noise to be quite so loud.) The bathroom in the room could also use an update, as the grout was mouldy and paint was peeling. We also could not use the pool (off limits due to the wedding, and shut for maintenance the next day). Overall, the stay was ok, but not what I would expect for the price point.

Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location. Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too. Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!

We were visiting Sprowston for cricket and needed a hotel nearby. We didn’t want to stay too close to the airport. This hotel was ideal. There’s a good size car park. We arrived fairly late, but well before the 9pm cut off point. Reception was empty, but we found a lovely lady to check us in and after being shown to our room, we were able to choose food from the bar menu. The choice was fairly limited, but our lasagne was good. Our room was a large, clean and well appointed and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was great: plenty of cereal choices, various options in the coffe machine and full English hot with quality ingredients.
