Everything was almost perfect , the Staff Andres, Evelio , lady who cleaning ours rooms and others guys always give me the 100% the attention, the only problem was we booking 2 rooms and they gimme different floor they say the booking came separately and promise change next but never happen , we not say nothing bc staff make we forget the thing.. always good time .. excellent atte

Very nice place to stay, despite the reception staff. The rooms are nice, with great views of the city & the pool is excellent. There are good food options and a supermarket within a 10-15 minute walk. As non-Spanish speakers we were pretty much ignored any time we tried to get information at reception, but the other staff were very good. Food at the hotel is very good. We experienced terrible customer service in the days before arriving due to a payment issue via Expedia. The interaction with the hotel via Expedia messaging was terse, not aided by Expedia blocking email addresses that would have made the contact easier. At one stage it looked like we were going to have our reservations cancelled, which was stressful.
