I have one complaint. Rooms for physically challenged people are not on the ground floor. This is very important for me because I use a walker with wheels and I have a tiny dog. I am actually very afraid of being placed on a floor above the ground. What if there is a fire? How am I suppose to get down stairs with my walker and dog? I need a special room because I cannot get up off of a low toilet.
