Stayed two nights. Second night the power went out in our unit, took them about 30min to resolve. Other than that, stay was smooth and staff friendly. Conveniently located near 711 and beach.

We recently stayed at this hotel and after rave reviews we booked. Now when we got there the resort itself is quite nice. But I will give you some warnings just in case you are looking to book here. The beds are hard as rock and beyond uncomfortable. If you have a bad back, do not stay here. There are roosters outside the windows and they crow all hours of the day. YOU WILL NOT SLEEP. They charge to make phone calls, the prices can be different. Be cautious because if they give you one price and then after the call they can tell you that you need to pay more. The pool is nice and the food was decent. Beer is cheaper to buy there then outside. The place is decent but beware of certain things that will literally make or break the hotel for you.

Nice rooms and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was alright and the hotel is quiet. The road along the seaside a few minutes walk from the hotel has a night market that is fun and tasty.

Nice and clean.

Clean and nice hotel. Basic breakfast, but there is all you need. The hotel is little bit far from the restaurants and bigger beaches, but the area is quiet. The road from patong to the hotel is not a long way to walk, but little bit difficult because the sidewalks are really narrow and crowded with parked scooters. Special thanks for really friendly service and staff! Ihan ok sekä siisti hotelli ja vastaa kohtuu edullista hintaa. Huoneet hivenen elämää nähneitä, mutta kuitenkin ihan asiallisessa kunnossa. Tyytyväinen kaikkinensa vietettyyn viikkoon.

Cheap hotel that needs improvement on many aspects

Hotel looks far better in the photos than in real life. Building needs painted and updated. Cheap however for the stay but the hotel is out of the way. Staff are not helpful. On the night before due to leave, I asked them to arrange a taxi for me to the airport and was informed they do not contact taxi for guests. I had to then go out and search for a taxi. I was to say the least disappointed with the lack of help.

ตอนแรกก็ไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมากเพราะเห็นแค่3ดาว แต่พอเหยียบที่นี่รู้สึกมันไม่ใช่แค่3ดาว 1. สิ่งที่ประทับใจอย่างแรกเลยคือแม้ว่าโรงแรมจะไม่ได้ใหญ่โตมากขนาดนั้น แต่ห้องพักกว้างมากกกกกกกกก ยัดคนได้เป็น10ๆคนทั้งๆที่อยู่แค่3-4คน 2. ชอบการบริการของพนักงานที่นี่ดีมากกกกก คอยช่วยเหลือให้คำแนะนำและยิ้มตลอดด้วย 3. หน้าซอยโรงแรมนี้มีของกินข้างทางเยอะมากกก ราคาถูกกว่าที่พัทยาเยอะ วันแรกไปถึงสั่งของเยอะมาก แชร์กันจ่ายแค่คนละ150ถ้าที่พัทยาคงได้จ่ายคนล่ะ200-300 ปล. มีwelcome drinkด้วยแหละ :P

酒店的位置离巴东远了点，走路去巴东正好有个山坡比较累，酒店稍微小了点，设施比较旧了，但是早餐相对来说还算丰富，服务态度一般吧，卫生环境也算过的去，对得起这个价格。

清潔快適なホテルでした

カリムビーチから少し入った住宅地にあり、ビーチまでは２分位です。遊泳向きのビーチではありませんが夕日を見るには絶景で、多くの方がサンセットを見に来ています。近くにサンセットビーチホテルのレストランとファミマ、レンタルバイク屋などがありさほど不便はありません。バイクを借りてパトンまで行ってました。ホテルの場所では、パトンは騒がしすぎるのでカリムビーチが静かで良かったです。ホテルの朝食は、メインが毎日変わるだけであとはほぼ同じメニューです。お味は普通です。お部屋は駐車場ビューでしたが、予想以上に広くシンプルで清潔快適なお部屋でした。バスタブとシャワールームが独立していて使いやすかったです。歯ブラシはありません。お部屋に関しては大満足でした。プールも清潔で貸切状態でした。非常に小さいホテル内のコンビニは、２４時間ＯＰＥＮです。ホテルのスタッフの方は、皆、感じが良く親切でした。お値段を考えれば、非常にお得だと思います。

Clean rooms. Nice pool. Nice choice for breakfast. Friendly staff, though spoke little English. Wifi is not free and expensive. Drinks were very expensive. And you need to get a taxi to walk anywhere major. But nice 15 minute walk to the main beech (there are hills). Views on the main road of the sea front was beautiful.
