Room was dirty when I arrived, I flushed toilet, used bar of soap on the counter and no towels in the room. Told the front desk and they just offered new towels and not a new room. Also booked a room in the “Tower” and was placed in what looked to be like a regular room and was not in the tower attached to the hotel. Maybe that’s just how they book things online but it’s a bit deceiving. I’ll stay at the hotel nearby next time and hopefully it’s better service. Also, like no parking, they say parking available on their site but I had to park quite the distance from the hotel. They don’t enforce who parks in their parking lot so I’m going to assume that people who aren’t guests are parking there to go skiing.
