We stayed for Easter weekend. The room was ok but we would love to see more hooks on the wall for clothes and towels, that is for both the room, showers and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped besides from not having a kettle, we had to boil our tea water on the stove. The breakfast was good, it had everything we needed. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff just need to clean better underneath the beds.

The premiss is clean, neat and very good for a hostel tbh. The only comment I have the shared bathroom ( I think it should have been spotless)

Overall a great stay, it was clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms were decent and private. Included breakfast was also great and had a large variety of options. Parking was convenient but a bit difficult to get big bags up from basement as no there was no elevator and direct connection with lobby. However it was cheap and as the name implies on the higher end. Would recommend and would stay all there again.

Great stay, definitely worth the money!

It was very clean, nice big room. There were three of us, all ha plenty of space. We got information that the hostel was fully booked, but there were never any queues to toilet or shower. Great breakfast in a cosy environment. Definitely worth the money! Oh, and only about 5 minute walk from the station.

Holiday trip

The location is good, close to the city center. Check-in was smooth. We booked and paid for a parking spot in the garage, but when we went to park, there were no available spots and no staff at the reception. After a few phone calls, we were allowed to park in a spot that wasn't actually available. The toilets and showers should be cleaned more often. They were a bit unhygienic. Very good breakfast, but it can get crowded if there are many guests. Overall, it was good accommodation, but a bit more expensive than the standard.

Mediocre and dirty

We stayed as a couple in the room with private bathroom. It was freshly renovated, all looked new and good. Despite this, they didn't clean at all: the floors were incredibly dirty to the point that our white socks got black the moment we took our shoes out. It was dusty with paint residue still uncleaned. The bathroom didn't have body wash installed on the wall like they said it should have so we got some improvised soap system for the shower. The kitchen didn't have any cutlery or glasses so it was useless. Come prepared with your own stuff for the kitchen as this is falsely advertised. You pay for the parking. The breakfast was good though. Overall for the same money we should've went next door at Radisson.

Complicated access after reception closed. Had to call to get a PIN code sent. Code never arrived. Had to call again to get code on phone. Code did not work for main entrance, only for key card box inside - but I was lucky to be let in the main door by other guests. Sink in one bathroom was leaking all over the floor. Other bathroom had no soap in the dispenser. Yes, it is really cheap and you get what you pay for I suppose. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and the room suprisingly spacious.

There was some confusion on arrival, as the reception was closed. However, telephone help sorted out the access. There should have been a pre-arrival email with access codes etc. It never arrived. Otherwise, excellent stay and great breakfast.
