They told me that there were two beg and they gave us an pull out couch instead of a bed and they charged me extra on top of it I would like a refund if possible

Walking into room was nice, then you started to notice things. I basically dropped off my bags and went out to dinner. Got back couple hours later. The headboard had something on it ( didn't want to know) bathroom ceiling looked like water damage maybe thats where the mildew smell cane from. So glad it was only a 1 night stay. I checked out early.

Los empleados tuvieron una actitud de discriminacion hacia la persona por la cual hice la reservación y a pesar de que la hice con anticipación, ellos no le querían entregar el cuarto , nunca vuelvo a hacer uso de ese hotel jamás.

PÉSIMO, PARA EMPEZAR EL PRIMER DÍA NOS RECIBIÓ UNA RECEPCIONISTA QUE NISIQUIERA QUERÍA MIRAR NUESTRA RESERVA, LO PRIMERO QUE NOS DIJO SIN SIQUIERA MIRAR LA RESERVA REPITO, FUE QUE NO TENIA SISTEMA Y QUE DEBIAMOS PAGAR EN EFECTIVO EL DEPOSITO, LUEGO SE PUSO MAS AMABLE, A LOS SIGUIENTES DÍAS SIEMPRE EN LA MAÑANA EL DUEÑO Y OTRO SEÑOR DE CABELLO LARGO PARECÍAN DISCUTIR TODO EL TIEMPO Y HABLABAN POR TELEFONO GRITABAN ETC. POCO AMABLES, EN LA RECEPCION ENCONTRAMOS OTRA PAREJA CON PROBLEMAS PORQUE NO LES QUERIAN DEVOLVER SU DEPOSITO MANIFESTÓ QUE QUERÍAN QUEDARSE CON ÉSTE, NOS UBICARON EN UN PRIMER PISO DONDE FUE IMPOSIBLE DORMIR PUES QUEDAN LOS PARQUEADERO EN TODA LA ENTRADA DE LA HABITACIÓN, UN CARRO DAÑADO QUE ARREGLABAN AFUERA FRENTE A NUESTRA HABITACIÓN NO NOS DEJÓ DORMIR POR LO QUE LOGRAMOS DORMIRNOS A LAS 8 DE LA MAÑANA CUANDO EL CARRO SE FUE, Y NOS DESPERTAMOS A LAS 10:30 AM LE MANIFESTAMOS AL DUEÑO QUE NOS DIERA TIEMPO PARA ORGANIZAR NUESTRAS COSAS PARA EL CHEK OUT Y NOS DIJO QUE SOLO 20 MINUTOS O SINO NO NOS DEVOLVÍAN EL DEPOSITO, FUE SUMAMENTE GROSERO, BUSCANDO QUEDARSE CON LOS DEPÓSITOS ESO ES ILEGAL, TUVIMOS QUE SALIR CORRIENDO COMO SI NOS ESTUVIÉRAMOS ROBANDO ALGO PÉSIMO SERVICIO, LAS HABITACIONES NO LAS ARREGLAN NOS TOCABA TODOS LOS DÍAS PEDIR LAS TOALLAS Y SABANAS NISIQUIERA NOS TENDIAN LAS CAMAS, PESE A QUE LE HICIMOS SABER AL DUEÑO NO HIZO NADA, LAS MUCAMAS SON MUY IRRESPETUOSAS Y OFRECIDAS. Bad management

I have stayed at Chestnut Tree Inn multiple times and it was always an ok experience. I didn’t have any real complaints until this last time when I went to the office to see about changing rooms to a smoking room when paying for an additional night. The manager and his wife were the ones working, and let me tell you, I have never experienced such a rude person with poor customer service skills. From the get go this man spoke down to me using a tone that to me made it apparent he thought that I was beneath him, didn’t understand him and strictly wanted to argue with me and/or my partner anytime we had to speak to him. So much so that when my partner left his key in the room (even though he was registered and on file) he refused to give him a key stating that he was not on the registry for the room and that there was no copy of his ID on file (which was taken the first night we checked in). To top it all off, when I stood up for myself and told him that I didn’t appreciate the manner in which he was speaking to me, that he had no right to speak to me that way, he used his managerial position to his advantaged and red flagged me so that I can no longer rent a room there, but didn’t have the guts to tell me personally, which I find cowardly and unprofessional. I found out after reserving another room online (which I paid for in advance) upon arriving to check in and was left with no room and out the money.

The hotel is pretty nice it is right by the freeway can hear it but not to bad close to alot of things.Coronavirus made it hard to shop but overall not a bad place.

The room is just gross. The area is incredibly sketchy. At 3am water came in from my bathroom and no one did anything or came to look? Everyone around my room was so LOUD so sleep wasn’t really an option... good for a night if that..

Asked for a late chk out when I was checking in, he was having issues w/my reservation so it kinda got over looked called the front desk latr and was told she was w/ a customer and wld call bk. Nothing. Morning ask 1 more time to be told NO checkout is @11am. Then was called at 10 to, to tell me a "friendly" reminder chk out is@ 11. Pretty sure they werent calling anyone else w/ this "reminder". Kinda rude I thought. Never been denied a late chkout at any hotel/motel Ive ever stayed.Not to mention there were like 6 cars in the lot. Rooms are older, holes in carpet, old musty paint smell, bthrm fan dnt wrk, low water pressure but overall not horrible. They did have newer furnishings and decor, bed was decent. Liked the location. Would probably stay again.

the location was great close to shops and hwy room was clean and beds were comfortable. had a good stay no breakfast bu i eat out anyways. what i didn't like was the check in time of 4pm i would recommend a check in time of 1pm to be more acceptable
