Best service I have ever received in a hotel. They literally could not do enough, from the very beginning when the reception lady explained where everything was both in the hotel and in Paloma through to breakfast each day where they instantly have a solution for our one gluten-free in the party and one vegetarian. Fantastic location, just round the corner from the beautiful Palazzo Reale and the Duomo, and also right beside a train station to go directly into the airport Swimming pool was a huge bonus too even if it was freezing! Great to be able to lay outside in the Sun or shade and chill for awhile.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The location is outstanding—within easy walking distance of Palermo’s historic center, just a few blocks from the Cathedral of Palermo, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, and sightseeing opportunities. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. We stayed in a Quattro room with my mother, husband, and daughter, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably. Breakfast was included and was a highlight of each morning. The selection was extensive, high quality, and featured a wonderful variety of traditional Italian breakfast offerings. It was the perfect way to start every day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They helped arrange transportation to the beach, provided towels and water bottles whenever we needed them, assisted with shipping a package without hesitation, and handled restaurant reservations with ease. No request was ever too much trouble. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every member of the staff made this trip truly special. They played a huge role in making our family vacation perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel that is comfortable, and welcominf stay here!
