Owner of the hotel was very kind. Very traditional style but well maintained. Close to the lake and view from balcony was something special. Restaurant was also very memorable. Restaurant has open space area in front of hotel and it was amazing view of lake especially at the time of dinner at sunset. It was very relaxing time while I was there.

Kesä 25 Logis Hôtel les Acacias

Hyvällä paikalla ja pysäköintipaikka löytyy. Mutta Hotels.com kuvat antavat liian positiivisen kuvan huoneesta. Yksityinen kylpyhuone hah hah hah. Suihkukoppi ja lavuaari ahtaa huoneen nurkassa. Wc käytävällä vaikka hotels.com chatti keskustelun perusteella piti olla huoneessa. Todella kuuma huone ,näin kesällä.Eikä ilmastointia saavilla. Seikkailijan hotelli.

Nice place 2* hotel

The hotel is located in a nice area with beautiful view on the lake, restaurant with good food, outside seating and 10 min. walk to the lake. The hotel and rooms are not that fresh anymore - that's may be why it is 2* rated

lake view at a price

The hotel overlooks lake Annecy and profits from this beautiful position, with prices accordingly high. Overall a very tired-looking hotel in need of major refurbishment and re-painting and updating of amenities which would aid in ensuring adequate cleaning and better inter-room sound proofing.2 star at best. Limited choice at breakfast and awful-tasting coffee. Pleasant staff and service good at restaurant but meal rather insipid and expensive...except for delicious ice cream ! We will not be returning.

Sympathique

2/10 Mala

Very rude staff, stuffy room with no toilet

The hotel is right next to Annecy, which is a lovely place. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is not very lovely. Our room was a single bedroom, which had a washbasin, a bidet and a shower all in the same space. The room did not have its own toilet, so remember to check the room description! The shower door would not close and water kept leaking on to the fitted carpet. The room was very stuffy and we both had headaches after sleeping there for one night. The walls are thin and you could hear the shared toilet being used through the adjoining wall. When checking in, we were confused as the room did not have its own bathroom and used a shared toilet. The staff kept trying to push a more expensive room on us even though we asked for a moment for ourselves. They then said that it was already paid for, which led to some confusion while checking out. As we understood that the room had already been billed from my credit card, we left the key at the reception and walked towards the door. She started yelling at us in French that we were leaving without paying. This was not our intention and we stopped immediately. After some confusion I paid with my credit card (the "paid for" from the day before was only the cover charge). The lady kept insinuating that we had tried to leave without paying even though it was an honest mistake. The staff we met were generally very pushy and rude. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
