Good basic chain hotel. Comfortable. Lift. Breakfast was a bit expensive at €12 but good selection and staff tolerant of late eaters! Shower floor slippery (as per usual: i carry a mat with me now that I'm old and fragile). 7 mins walk (uphill) from station which is itself right in town centre by the old port.

Être considéré par l hôtel comme un client ayant réservé sans intermédiaire. En effet aillant réservé presque deux mois à l'avance pour 4 nuitées consécutives avec une demande de chambre au deuxième voir troisième etage. La réponse à cette demande a été qu'ils feraient le maximum au moment de notre arrivée, en fonction des disponibilité que nous aurons au moment de votre arrivée. Nous les avions informé que nous devions arriver tres tardivement. Finalement et par précaution nous avons contacté l hôtel par téléphone à 18h assez tôt pour leur indiquer que nous arriverions plus tôt que prévu et là à notre grande surprise la chambre nous était déjà attribuée au 1er étage la où nous ne souhaitions absolument pas être. Le discours tenu à 18h était loin du mail en réponse à nos demandes sachant qu'à 18h la chambre nous était déjà attribuée. Nous pensons qu'étant passé par votre plateforme nous en avons payé le prix!!! Chambre sans renouvellement d air (vmc domestique et non CTA) sans climatisation situation de chambre mal placée pour 4jours consécutifs. Seul le cabuton à velo est un plus. Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel!!!!
