It’s run down property. No maintenance at all . Horrible restaurant. One stuff was good but mostly overall customer service is not upto any standard. They don’t even provide an adapter for charging in room for usa port charger. That’s a surprise for me as international traveler and iguassu is an international tourist destination.charges are not less at all.

O hotel, no geral, diria que é bom. O quarto é limpo, contudo, no banheiro, há aparentes problemas crônicos de limpeza e manutenção. Há um sério problema nos cartões de acesso aos quartos: desmagnetizam diariamente. Precisávamos sempre passar na recepção para remagnetizar, para evitar ter que chegar no quarto e não conseguir abrir. A recepção foi o local onde havia mais atenção e simpatia para com os hóspedes. Os funcionários do hotel, na sua maioria, eram solícitos quando solicitados de alguma coisa. Contudo, alguns poucos cumprimentavam com um bom dia ou boa tarde espontâneo ao cruzar com os hóspedes. O estacionamento é seguro, porém bem limitado. O café da manhã é bom.

Em meia hora no hotel encontramos 4 baratas, inclusive no restaurante e no quarto. Fiz reserva para um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro, e nos colocaram em um quarto com apenas 1 cama de casal. Tentamos mudar, mas o quarto oferecido estava caindo aos pedaços. A comida era muito ruim, pedimos macarrão e foi a pior experiência que já tivemos na vida. Impossível comer. Já havíamos ficado 2 vezes no hotel e por isso retornamos, mas desta vez foi horrível. Não voltaremos nunca mais. Parece que estão só esperando a vigilância sanitária ou corpo de bombeiros interditar o hotel pra fechar de vez. Fora o dilúvio que deu no hotel e acordamos com o quarto alagado. Uma pena essa decadência. Os funcionários atenderam bem e educadamente.
