Room was very clean and check in was easy. However, the main reason I booked was for the 24 hour airport shuttle. I contacted them at 10am the morning of and they informed me that they could not pick me up at 11pm from the airport. When you put the room key in the slot for electricity it turns on the TV and an ad for the hotel, but when the power shuts off momentarily it also turns the TV on. That woke me up a couple times in the middle of the night. Also the water in the shower was not very hot.

Excellent friendly place, super convenient to everything well distance, restaurant, coffee shop, pharmacy, shopping! More importantly, very close to the airport. You can enjoy your stay if you have a layover in Bali Island.

I enjoyed my stay at grand ixora -- staff were super helpful. I needed help with my room card not working one day, and they needed to have someone come and change out the door lock-- it was all fixed in less than 10 minutes-- very impressive. room was clean and smelled nice, temperature control worked well, free 2 bottles of water a day kept me hydrated and healthy. highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and I appreciated the bottles of water provided each day. So much within walking distance. Breakfast was ok - definitely more Indonesian. Lots of options for the restaurant and room service. A different complimentary activity available most days near the pool.

We verbleven hier enkele dagen voor onze terugreis, het hotel mag hier en daar een opknapbeurt hebben, bepaalde voorzieningen zoals bij andere hotels gratis gefilterd water is hier niet te verkrijgen, de kamers zijn aan de kleine kant met weinig opbergruimte maar voldoende als je op doorreis bent, het bed vonden wij super.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it has a good feel to it, is clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. We did not swim but noticed it was kept very clean! The bed was comfortable - it was on the firm side so maybe a mattress topper to soften it up a bit would be an amazing plus to the hotel
