Really nice hotel, it was very clean and the room was surprisingly large, the King size bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also a quiet and safe area next to Costco and there were lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Liv Suites in Tucson. Everything was good from the moment I got there. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice feel to it. I’ve stayed at a lot of different places, and sometimes you walk in and immediately know you made the right choice that was my experience here. The staff was friendly, everything was easy, and I had no issues during my stay. I was comfortable, got some good rest, and honestly couldn’t ask for much more. I’d definitely stay at Liv Suites again the next time I’m in Tucson.

Place was clean, staff friendly, but didn't have the amenities were used to like other places we've stayed, it was a last minute stay and we didn't have all our usual stuff so we had to go out and buy a lot of things cause the hotel didn't have them

My room was big and spacious and had a brand new smell, which is very nice. Bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold. The water pressure in the shower was the only thing that was an issue but I guess that's expected on the fourth floor. I will definitely be staying here more often.

Brand new hotel! I think the staff said they’ve only been open for about 5 weeks or so. I could still smell the fresh paint! Having the extra amenities, like a kitchenette, was really nice. The staff was very friendly too. Since this place is very reasonably priced, I just hope they don’t attract the wrong crowd and that they keep it nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely come back!!

Everything was great and excellence. The thing I wish they had in that hotel is dark window curtain and a rug between the beds. Everything was amazing, clean and seems brand new. Staffs are amazing, awesome price and location. If you are bring kids don’t expect to get an extra sleeper/bed, they don’t have it. Also there’s no free pot to cook in. No hairdryer or clothes iron inside the hotel room. Overall my experience was awesome and I will return very soon.

This place is brand new and it seems they have a few kinks to work out. It was clean for the most part because it’s so new, but I did find 2 long black hairs in our shower. We also only got 2 towels for a room for 4 people. I had to ask for a hair dryer instead of there being one in each room. We only got a shampoo and bar of soap, seems they could offer more toiletries. The toilet would not flush all the way so we had to go downstairs and use the one in the lobby. The layout of the room was great but I’m glad we only stayed one night.

This hotel is not ADA compliant. No automatic door openers on lobby doors although you have to scan your room key located on the wall to pass thru. They may have ADA compliant rooms as we did not request one. There are multiple handicapped parking space’s available in the front of the lobby. It would be impossible to access the lobby if you are alone and wheelchair bound. The hotel is brand new and the price is right. I was shocked that the City of Tucson would allow a ADA noncompliant hotel to be built. Not sure what happened there.

I’d be willing to stay here again but not on the first floor. The doors next to the front desk sound like they’re being slammed when they close. I can hear practically every vehicle in the parking lot. I did not sleep very well due to all noise but I blame no one but myself. The young lady at the front desk did ask me if it was OK to be on the first floor and I said “sure why not?” After this experience I’ll be sure to request a room away from traffic and avoid 1st floors.

We found out that this was not a typical hotel or suites. Each room had a bed, tv, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. No coffee maker, iron, safe, hair dryer, nor any cups or essentials in the kitchen. No housekeeping. You have to take your dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. We were on the 3rd floor. We heard doors slamming and people stomping all hours. There was 1 coffee machine in lobby, but didn’t work Saturday morning. Strange concept…will not be back.
