They were absolutely so accommodating with everything we needed. Pet friendly, rooms together. Even adjoining rooms, very clean, easy check-in check -out. We will be visiting again!!

Even though this is an older property, the room was clean and well suited for our needs. The price was excellent and worked especially well since we were looking for a place that was simple, mainly a place to rest and sleep at night. It is close to downtown Williamsburg and near to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again

Simple, clean and cheap! Was perfect for me just passing through. Well situated on a road with tons of restaurants near the college and around 10-15 mins from Colonial Parkway and Jamestown. The cottages seem fairly new. Not too noisy though you might hear some road noise if you get one near the entrance. Parking is easy. For what it is - a basic motel - 5/5.

I can't say enough about this "hotel" - it's not a hotel or motel. It's a boutique-y type place that feels like independent cottages. I love this place - very clean, updated rooms inside and history all on the outside, which is so fitting for Williamsburg. And Colonial Williamsburg is conveniently nearby. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The shower/water pressure is fantastic. The TV screen is large and offers a ton of channels. The grounds are impeccably kept. And the staff is extremely friendly. Parking is right outside of your room so it's easy and convenient.

This hotel is amazing! It is like staying in your own little cottage, as all the rooms are single-story. You open your front door and you are outside looking onto well-groomed grounds (and it is all beautifully green this time of year!). The inside is renovated with a beautiful bathroom, great shower and water pressure, the most comfortable beds and pillows, and the biggest TV with hundreds of channels. Not only is the room comfortable but everything is very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, too. This is the best kept secret in Williamsburg!! I have already extended my stay twice!

8/10 Very good

I would say this place needs an update. We liked it. It was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. It's also nice that there is a little privacy compared to a typical hotel. We did notice some things were amiss. The towel rod in the bathroom came off on its own. The sink had some powdery substance in (no idea what that was). The shower leaked easily onto the floor as the seals for the door were coming off. There were smudges and paint scratches left on the furniture and wall. The room overall was clean though. And for the price we paid, it's hard to complain. The TV was an incredible size. The bed was comfortable. You can tell the property as a whole is showing its age, but I wouldn't mind coming back if on a tight budget. Can't say it was spectacular as some other reviews lead me to believe, but it wasn't bad either. 7.5/10
