Hotel needs many repairs, never any staff at the front desk, no amenities but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. If you are just looking for a place to crash, this is the hotel for you. If you are looking for a weekend getaway, I'd recommend a different hotel

It looks a little rough from the outside, but the rooms are surprisingly undated, comfortable and very clean. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. It’s located close to everything you need and is truly a great value for the price.

This is an incredibly run down property. The room smelled, paint peeling in places, furniture dinged up. That said, the bed was surprisingly good and I had a quiet night’s sleep. The front desk guy was extremely nice and helpful. So mixed review. I stayed at this hotel because most every other hotel was sold out due to it being WWU move in weekend. I couldn’t bring myself to pay $350/night at the holiday inn (demand vs inventory pricing).

The hotel is a mess. The room we were in was mostly fine but the hotel as a whole is in rough shape. The parking isn't ideal and the lobby is a dump. The guy working was nice but provided limited assistance. Would never stay here again.

The hotel had a very shady vibe. Homeless people hanging round the parking lot and shady people coming in and out of the hotel or just hanging out in the lobby. There is no sound insulation and the corridors smelled of weed. The place did not feel safe so we changed hotel.

Please don't stay here. No hot water, dirty outdated, thin Towels and run down. Beds were old and saggy.maybe in time it will be fixed up but I do t recommend spending yr money here

Run down, the desk chair was broken but I didn't really need it. There was a pool but it was covered the whole time. There was a washer/dryer for guest use but it was out of order. The mini fridge in the room was extremely noisy. We paid $200 for a Saturday stay, which is ridiculous for this place.

Hotel is very tired. Mildew in tub and shower, paint & cleanliness poor. Signage not good, just a little sign taped over the big previous company sign and not very visible from the road. Will not stay there again.

FRAUD! Pictures on website are fake. Not a fairview its actually a run down days inn. Room was dirty and in poor condition with thin walls. We stayed an hour and left. Do not stay here!

Pool does not work as advertised run down hard pillows up stairs they were parting all night up until I checked out at 11 am told the front desk just shrugged it off would not recommend just stay somewhere else the extra couple of dollars is worth it won’t be going back

Pool closed , room dirty and old. Bathtub clogged and filled itself up without turning on the tap. Security bar on the door had been ripped off the wall at some point. No coffee machine. Sketchy parking lot. Cheap but do not bring your family here

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel. The photos in the advertisement made the property appear much cleaner, higher quality, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing. There were only a few coffee supplies available, the hallways from the entrance to the rooms were not clean, the sink and the tissue holder were rusty, and the swimming pool was closed for repairs. This was not disclosed or advertised before my stay.

This place used to be a Rodeway Inn (that sign was still up which was confusing), and is still in the process of transitioning into being the FairBridge Inn. My room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet. But the pool wasn’t open (but that was fine since it was raining), and no breakfast offered. But there’s a a Japanese steakhouse a block one way for dinner , and a couple of delicious places for breakfast & lunch a block in the other direction. So overall for the price, a great deal.

A guest two doors down started playing polka music with a loud, thumping, oom-pah beat at 4 in the morning. I called the night clerk to complain. He came up and spoke to the people, but they never really turned the music off. I got a terrible night’s sleep. The mattress was also hard and uncomfortable.

Bring your own bathroom doorknob and smoke detector as this room didn’t have either! Mold on the bathroom ceiling was a nice touch as well! The door said executive suite which made feel sorry for the poor folks across the hall without that description on their door! Save the 150 bucks and sleep in your car!

Honestly, this place is a dump. Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The carpet in the room was disgusting - stained, stucked gum, and dusty. The shower had missing tiles and the toilet seat was peeling. The sheets appeared clean, the shower was serviceable, the ac worked, and the lamps all worked, but those are about the only positives I can come up with. The staff were pleasant. The common areas were gross. The closed pool is an eyesore, and the interior carpet wasn't vacuumed for the duration of my stay (4 days/3 nights). I stepped over the same crushed chips and hair balls on the stairs for 4 days. Inexpensive hotels can be fine and a good value. But the lack of cleanliness of this place is unacceptable.

This is a Days Inn that is becoming a Fair Bridge. Rooms are not that nice: no cups in the room, sink is dripping below, and the best part- drops of blood on one of the towels in our room. Not making that up. Pool is in complete disrepair; hotel needs a major overhaul.
