The room looked very worn. The tile in the bathroom didn’t look clean and the rugs were filthy. There was even a toothpick next to my bedside. The public areas are pretty nice, but the carpeting is frayed and need to replacing. It is located in a good area with access to many sites. However, despite the low price, I would not recommend this facility.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was great. We had to check out really early in the morning be fore breakfast time. The lobbie attendant had already two boxes with to go breakfast ready for us. To me that was above expectations and made a big difference.

Staff went out of their way to help us when we had some altitude sickness, offering options, including adding anight stay. The night desk, clerk, Katie Loayza especially went out of her way helping us get oxygen and even offering to have a doctor see us if needed, even though she was working alone. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options, view lovely and lots of service right outside the door.

great location off of main plaza, rooms were in good condition and lobby and breakfast area very beautiful view Problem with transportation to airport- 3 days of checking to make sure it was set up with company and plenty of time to make hour trip to airport. Time changed to later pickup, then van arrived late, then wandering through congested city streets for other pickups. Ending up leaving city more than an hour late and arriving at airport less than an hour before flight was to leave. Stressful situation, did manage to catch the plane.

Staid at this hotel while doing Peru Hop. Booked through expidia though as price was better. Hotel was in a good location lots of resturants to walk to. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and have whats needed. There is an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was good. And they let us stay in our room a bit later as our pickup from Peru Hop was 3 hours late.

Excelent, fullfiled my expectations.

My expectations were fully met. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is acceptably comfortable, the room was warm all night, albeit the 0 Celsius outside. The hotel is located near the main urban tourist attractions in Puno, and reasonably close to Lake Titicaca (after a tour of the lake, I walked back to the hotel in the late afternoon, in just 20 minutes). All things considered, the price charged for this hotel was quite reasonable, the best value for money of my stay in Peru.
