This apartment is in such a great location. A quiet street with the beautiful chimes of the bells every 15 minutes, but short walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay which our lovely host rectified as soon as he was aware and treated us to a lovely bottle of wine which wasn’t required but greatly appreciated. I will stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam.

Charming Amsterdam canal house in a fantastic, central location in easy walking distance to city center attractions and transportation. Despite being in a central location, the street is quiet. Staff was very helpful! Definitely recommend!

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Amsterdam! If you’re hoping for a cozy, less crowded spot that’s still centrally located, this is the perfect place for you. I absolutely loved the apartments and the building’s charming 17th-century vibe. Everything, from the location to the cleanliness and the staff, was wonderful. We’re definitely coming back! Tiho and Elena were absolutely wonderful hosts! Thank you so much! My husband and I had an amazing stay and really appreciated your warm and welcoming hospitality.

The location is perfect, super quiet at night but still close to all the attraction in town. The place is super clean and all the necessary is there for you to have a good time there. I recommend! Just read the check-in request to make sure you will have a perfect stay!

Top Lage des Hotels im zentrum der Altstadt und des Grachtengürtels. Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich! Zimmer war OK, allerdings könnte Couch und Bettbezug sauberer sein. Zusätzliche Badetücher wären nicht schlecht!

This is not a true B&B. They have very limited facilities on site and do not keep their desk open for extended hours. It is a converted house, each floor is like a private suite. There are limited amenities in the suite too. Bring your own soaps/shampoos and be sure to ask for extra towels! It's in a very convenient location and is clean enough.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the historic city centre. Second floor apartment within a traditional narrow canal-front townhouse. It is accessed up communal steep staircase from a main front door and is annexed to the main hotel next door. The apartment overlooks a very picturesque canal, which is the best feature together with the sizeable open plan living / dining / kitchen area. It has a comfortable double bedroom and a wet room. The kitchen area could use some minor repairs to drawer fronts, handles etc, but this didn’t affect our enjoyment. The hotel staff next door were very accommodating with check-in, check-out and leaving luggage. The rear bedroom overlooks an internal courtyard which is also overlooked by bedroom windows from the adjacent hotel. No particular issues, but meant some conversations from neighbouring accommodation could be heard clearly in the evening / night-time if windows were open. Overall would recommend.

Do not waste your money. One star hotel worth 90$

This place Is worse than motel 6. Do not expect anything more. Definitely not worth more than 90$/ night, and only because it’s near the center of town. Save your money and get a place 1/2 mile away , 10 times better. DOT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Expect broken and dirty furniture, unsafe fifty stairs that are narrow and hard to clime. Lights not working. Heating doesn't stop.. They don’t even provide soap in the toilet. This is a clear violation of health code. And after we paid EVERYTHING upfront, they asked for 50 Euros more for tax, as we checked in. The following pictures show how terrible this place is: Broken floors all over the place: Broken furniture. Ripped chair bottoms Filthy sofas Broken and unsafe, and dangerous ceiling beams Unfinished paint, water marks on walls Lights not working Filthy mirror and furniture They asked for 50$ more. Front door of the “HOTEL”. The key broke as we were struggling to open the door.

Beautiful

So spacious, canal views, and the nicest front desk staff you could ask for. It was so lovely to have a sitting area and a huge kitchen. I wish I could live there all the time! My only issue was we could very clearly hear the people in the other apartments (there was a baby downstairs and a loud couple next to us...) but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

É um apartamento que fica num prédio anexo ao Hotel. Pontos positivos : localização é boa, o apartamento é muito grande e a cozinha bem equipada. Pontos negativos: há dois lances de escada bem íngremes para chegar ao quarto. O lugar fica totalmente escuro a noite. Gostaria de sugerir ao hotel que instale alguma iluminação na escada. Nos 4 dias que estivemos no local não houve arrumação/limpeza.

Not ideal

The space is very large and on a quiet street in a very busy location. However, if you are booking for 3 people they will not allow it. The space is large enough to accommodate but there are regulations against it. It doesn't state this anywhere in the booking which is frustrating, but regardless they were very rude about it. Also rude when we had friends stop by to meet us, rushing outside to tell us no one else was allowed in the apartment. Not even to visit or sit to make a plan. Not really ideal at all for a group trip. One of our party had to find alternate accommodations the two nights we were there at great expense at the last minute.
