The night desk guy was super nice and very helpful. Our room was clean and nice. The beds were ok. Breakfast was minimal, but for free, im not picky. Very nice stay especially for the price!!

You get what you pay for. I knew that going in with Airventure airshow all hotels were 3-4 times minimum what they normally charge. Some hotels jacked their prices, this place was nominal.

We attended the night show at Air Venture in Oshkosh, when we went to go stay at the hotel, they said that because it was past midnight we could not stay at the hotel. I understand that is their normal policy, but how on Earth can you not make an exception when you are 20 miles away from the largest airshow in the world? Do not stay here if you are attending EAA Air Venture and want to visit the night show.

They had no reservation for me and turned me away. The place was a pit anyway. Went to the Oneida Casino 30 minutes north and I’m glad I did!

The hotel smelled worse the deeper we traveled. The bathtub was full of mold we refused to use it. The pool was closed.

I would really go here again to put the noisy people with dogs in the back end in the front end they have people with no pet stay in the front. We were in room 207 the whole night till we left was peace and quiet he might need new batteries in a remote. I’m trying to use the TV, but I learn I keep it 100% stay again compared to other ones I’ve been at super eight ain’t too sweet because their beds are uncomfortable. They have no stoppers for taking a bath down the hallway smell like weed noisy but I would stay here 100% again.

They over booked the hotel and sold our room to someone else. They did not communicate to us or have any contact telling us they sold our room. Very poor service.

The property was damaged by recent storms in the area. I received no notification from the property. There was no signage at the property to indicate they are closed. My card was still charged for the stay. I am sorry for the weather related misfortune but the owners did absolutely nothing to indicate the closure and still charged me even though they had five days to do a little something about it.

The room looked good at the surface, at checkin, Cause housekeeping just cleaned the room. Got in the room and found out not so clean. Blood stains inside the lamp shade, on toilet paper roll, garbage under the desk, and one of the covers for the plugs was missing. The checked people into your room twice. The Continental breakfast, everything moldy. The pool was under maintenance but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever! We were suppose to check out today, but ended up checking out on Wednesday cause couldn't take no more! Supposed to get my deposit back and a full refund, but nothing yet! I wouldn't even let my worst enemy stay there! So bad, I've NEVER experienced anything like this before!

The hotel had just been bought by new owners and then the Tornado hit Appleton, so some damage to the hotel. The new owners are trying very hard to get it back to be rentable. Close to Mall and lots of restaurants and freeway.

Room was clean upon arrival. Didn’t receive room service during our 4 day stay. The drain was very slow in the sink and the toilet paper dispenser was busted. The fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Horrible room service, and the clincher was they have a bed bug infestation that I discovered by bites all over me and confirmed via internet—the reports are all over the internet, this was Aug 6-13, 2026. They didn’t confirm or deny, wouldn’t give me a refund and haven’t refunded my deposit. I reported all this to the county health department. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I had to to urgent care got dxd w cellulitis from the bites and was put on a 7 day antibiotic course

I booked a room for two nights for my daughter who was working at a concert down the road when she arrived there, they said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room. I had confirmation number and I was charged. I’m still working on getting my money back. This Begs the question why is there a confirmation number? You can’t honor the reservation, extremely useless adventure, into this corrupt hotel industry

Was trying to communicate with property manager and wasn't able to call, due to phones being down, Messaged through Hotels.com and was told the lines were down, asked if everything was still functioning, not reply, This was done on 7/29. on 7/30 I messaged again got a reply your reservation is still good. Messaged 7/31 early morning confirming things were still good. Then a little after 3pm got a message that due to property damage the hotel is still closed. Very upset due to the fact that I knew a bad storm had gone through and was double checking things and nothing was communicated that it was going to be closed until we had already left to head to the hotel. Very poor communication. Do I have sympathy for the hotel with having damage yes. My concern was why wasn't I notified sooner. We did drive past the hotel and to see the damages and yes I understand it was very badly damaged, if you want customers to stay or come back communication is very key. I am still waiting for the refund to my account.

This is a budget motel, so it's nothing special. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, there were a couple stains, but everything worked and the bed was good. Staff was very friendly too. One of them told me it was recently purchased so they're still in the process of updating it.

We checked in then checked out 10 minutes later. Room was dirty and bedding was dirty and walls had damage along with the furniture. When we checked in, they told us there was only a double queen room for us, I had already paid for a King Room 2 weeks prior. After a few tense moments of debating, they put us in a King Room that looked like someone had showered in there an hour prior.

Don't do it! We made our reservation a week and a half in advance of our arrival. We were tired and ready to call it a night. They said "sorry"...all sold out. Despite our reservation. We had to try and find alternate accommodations at 9pm. Not helpful and unconcerned.
