We WOUDN’T recommend this hotel … we had read some negative reviews but thought it couldn’t be that bad… so great location to main Termini station but the actual street that hotel was over run with stalls and guys fighting with each other at night and rooms not sound proofed so you heard everything.. we mentioned about the air conditioning not working twice and no hot water … really don’t think reception staff were interested. They told us to complain by emailing the company …. Very disappointing as we were there for 3 nights Room and bathroom tired and could do with a refresh
