Firstly, the facilities were below expectations. We encountered a consistent lack of water, which was incredibly inconvenient. Additionally, basic amenities such as slippers were not provided, which is often standard in hotels of this category.
Furthermore, the building itself seemed quite old and in need of renovations. The outdated condition detracted from the overall comfort and appeal of our stay. To add to this, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the cooking in the kitchen, which wafted into the corridors and made the environment less enjoyable.
Overall, while the location near the Pisa Tower was a highlight, the lack of essential capabilities and comfort made our stay less than satisfactory.
I highly advise not to stay at this hotel at all
