My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We chose the room with en suite private bath. The room was just as pictured: large, quiet and comfortable. Great bed. The building was rustic and fronted Claude Monet street. You felt you were staying in an inn where 19th century artists stayed. While the inn was snug in a row of quaint stone and wood storefronts, the other side of this narrow alley was open. The large window of our room overlooked not only a lane busy with pedestrians, but also a fabulous view of a distant mansion surrounded by fields, meadows and trees. Distant Fall trees added color to the scene. We found a no charge parking space across the lane right in front of the inn. We parked and never moved our car during our stay. The location on the street was perfect, half-way between and easy walking distance to the church where Monet's grave is and Monet's chateau and gardens. Lots of restaurants, museums, and shops along the way. We would stay there again.
