The room was in good condition and clean. THe staff are courteous and very helpful. We arrived at 11pm in the evening so there was no shuttle service. We took a taxi to the hotel but it did not cost alot as the hotel is close proximity to the Puerto Princesa Airport. Overall, it is an exceptional Hotel.

The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the refrigerator was not connected or running, and the safe box not working; both of which are important to me when I travel. Again, the staff is the best asset the hotel offers.

No windows or phone in room. TV not working. Only one towel. Unsecure furniture...."closet" fell on me twice when i opened door. AC unit has a constant drip noise . Bugs, micro-ants, and small lizard in room. Entrance dirty and smells with stray dogs running wild. Staff very apathetic and not very helpful. Avoid this place.

This is a recent turn over hotel and I feel they are still upgrading from the previous owners. The property is very clean and generally serviceable, but a lot of little things fall short. We had two rooms. One had a modern plastic rfid key, and the other an old fashion metal key. In my room they provided instant coffee packets, but no water heater/kettle. They had two coffee cups but no glasses. Two bath towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths. I felt it was kind of a 3.5 star hotel, but they don’t have 3.5 on the survey scale, so I gave them 4 stars.

Ruidoso pero muy cómodo

El personal muy amable. No ayudaron a encontrar un servicio de lavado. El desayuno era a la carta. Nos ayudaron a reservar el tour a río subterráneo. El WiFi al igual que en todo filipinas fue pobre pero al acercarte al dispositivo no había problema. La zona es tan ruidosa en la noche que podías escuchar karaoke a kilómetros, ahora el tema del ruido en Filipinas también es súper común. El hotel tiene un servicio gratuito de transporte al aeropuerto.

This place was probably one of the worst hotels i’ve stayed at. I’ve been to a lot of places all over the globe, but this was by far THE WORST!!! The staff was unbelievably cunty with me, asking for my itinerary when she had it pulled up on the computer already like she didn’t believe me when i was there the night prior. Charged me 2250 pisos for a late check out? when i never requested a late check out??? also refused to take my cards said cash only, i’m pretty sure it’s just a bunch of scam artists working just like the rest of this godforsaken island, sad to see a holiday in like this.

Välj annat hotell..

Nej... rekommenderar inte. Valde hotellet pga läget men inte värt det, tråkigt rum, bokat för 2 personer men endast handduk mm för 1 person. Stället kändes nergånget och lever mest på sitt läge. Hissen fungerade inte, hotellet låg på 3:e våningen. Dem erbjöd gratis flyg transfer.. jag bokade kvällen innan och när det var dags nästa morgon så ingen transfer. Tjejen i receptionen var samma som jag sagt till kvällen innan, istället för att be om ursäkt och lösa problemet så var det bara ursäkter så vi tröttnade och åkte på egen hand. Skulle inte välja detta hotell igen.

I am disappointed with my stay at Empire Suites Hotel. The hotel is dirty and rundown. Area is dumpy and smelly. They advertise terraces, but the rooms don’t have them. When I asked the Front Desk to change to a room with a terrace, he confirmed there were none. He justified their website by claiming that the restaurant has a terrace.
