Wir waren 3 Nächte vor Ort. Das Personal ist ein Traum ... superfreundlich. MEGA !!! Das Zimmer: Matratzen und vor allem das Bad ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Eine dauerhafte Wassertemperatur nicht möglich. Man muss hier die Anfahrt auf den Berg bedenken. Mal kurz was einkaufen nicht möglich.

Hotel ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Super Panoramablick über Massa,Carrara und das Meer. Auffahrt über die Straße von Massa ins Hotel ist schon etwas abenteuerlich. Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, die Karte sehr vielfältig. Negativ zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht, zu Fuß ist eigentlich nichts erreichbar, man sollte also irgendwie mobil sein.

Ottimo ma non molto confortevole

Hotel situato in una zona tranquilla tra le colline toscane con bellissima vista sulle Api Apuane, le cave di marmo di Carrara e Massa con tutta la sua zona costiera. Dispone di una devina di camere, quindi molto tranquillo e possibilità di usufruire della piscina inclusa nel prezzo. Il servizio è impeccabile e il personale accogliente, sorridente e disponibile. L’hotel ha ampio posto per parcheggiare e offre la possibilità di usufruire del ristorante, le chi pietanze sono ottime ed a prezzi normali. L’unico lato negativo è stata la camera. Purtroppo l’acqua della doccia non è stabile e passa da caldo estremo a freddo estremo. Nonostante la segnalazione e l’intervento dell’idraulico, il problema persisteva. Inoltre l’aria condizionata funziona male, poichè tende a spegnersi da sola in maniera abbastanza random oppure ad andare in errore per qualche oscuro motivo. Purtroppo non ho passato delle belle notti e ho dormito male per una settimana a causa dell’aria condizionata che si spegneva o che andava in errore, facendomi svegliare continuamente di notte per aprire e chiudere le finestre per fare un reset, oppure per mettere temperature bassissime per farla attivare (tenevamo 25ºC ma quando l’aria si spegneva, la temperatura della stanza saliva anche a 27-28°C misurati e non si riaccendeva).

Clean hotel, extremly friendly staff, good food. We were there at a quiet time of the year. Drive up there is one to get used to but worth it. Beautiful views from the swimming pool and the front of the hotel, unfortunately not so much from our room. The hotel part looks brand new. The furniture in the room could be a bit more efficient (less cupboard space, more seating space). Still good value for money.

Kleines, aber sehr liebevoll geführtes Hotel. Schön gelegen am Hang mit Blick über Massa zum Meer. Die Schlafzimmer sind neu renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Matratzen. Alles sauber. Wir haben spontan 1 Tag verlängert. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß für ein Hotel dieser Größe. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert, der Wein günstig aber trotzdem gut. Den Weg in die Stadt zu Restaurants kann man sich getrost sparen.

A lovely clean hotel in a quiet location.

A lovely clean hotel in a quiet location with fantastic views down to the coast and up to the mountains. We had a great stay here for three nights and enjoyed the quiet location. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is quite a way up in the mountains via a very windy road so you will definitely need a car to access it. We went down to the coastal resort of Massa each day and that had pleasant beach / Lido if you just want to soak up some rays. There are plenty of beach-side restaurants too. We only ate in the hotel restaurant in the evenings and the food was good and the breakfast was also good. We did not eat in the town of Massa in the evening although there looked to be a varied choice in terms of restaurants. The rooms were clean and were recently refurbished - you are no doubt getting better value for money here than you would further up the coast / closer to the beach resorts going towards Portofino. The pool area was also pleasant and it had enough (comfortable) loungers around it.

Wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück würde durch bessere Pflege einladender wirken. Ein Beispiel: Der Brunnen würde in gepflegtem Zustand viel mehr hermachen. Das Hotel hat 9 Zimmer und könnte dadurch durch mehr Freundlichkeit und persönliche Kommunikation erfolgreicher sein. Im Badezimmer unseres Zimmer gab es eine Dusche, deren Wände man vor dem Gebrauch ausklappen musste. Dadurch war der Badezimmerboden natürlich nach dem Duschen nass. Das war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Hôtel très convivial, dû au fait que ce soit une petite structure familiale Possibilité de communiquer facilement en anglais On y mange bien Seule contrainte : l'hôtel se trouve à près de 500m d'altitude, cela se fait ressentir au climat et à la route à emprunter (l'endroit est paisible donc la contrainte peut être avantageuse, ça se discute) Mais j'insiste sur leur convivialité, de plus ma femme et moi sommes aller avec notre fils de 11 mois, ils font chauffer les plats sans problème, et l'excitation d'un gosse ne les dérangent pas Nous avons eu un agréable séjour dans cette hôtel
