It is a quet, safe, friendly neighborhood. We walked to our concert venue and never felt unsafe. Front desk is very friendly and offered many great suggestions of places to eat/drink. Local cuisine and neighbors were great. Very friendly, shop local feel. There is no elevator on the property, so request a first floor room if stairs will be an issue.

Good Hotel, excellent staff, looks like a fancy restaurant next-door, but we already had dinner plans. Nice location, right off the Parkway, plenty of easy parking, very quiet neighborhood had a microwave and refrigerator. Room has old style furniture and keys coord, and a very good bathroom and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again as it’s very close to my home town and way better than the other nearby option which I won’t name

Weekend get away for resting and definitely worth it. There restaurant was great to have a part of the hotel. Nearby stores, diner and multiple places to eat out was helpful options. Definitely would stay here again.

It’s an old hotel but the room was some what updated overall great staff and the most important thing to me was how clean it was. Very clean, quiet and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely be staying here again.

I love this hotel. I would definitely stay again. Everyone was so friendly. Loved chatting with everyone who worked there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They provide coffee every morning. It was a short ride to the beaches. Totos Restaurant is on site and it was delicious. Loved everything about our stay.

This 1929 hotel is clean and quaint, convenient to the Jones Beach arena, in a quiet neighborhood and the staff are friendly , welcoming and helpful. I have recommended it to my daughter who has a concert next month. I would definitely stay there again.

What a great find. I was in town for a funeral so had to find something fairly quickly during beach season, and the price was very reasonable. The building is older but management takes good care of it. The location is excellent, right next to a large park with walking trails. Be aware there are stairs & no elevator. The desk manager was incredibly friendly & helpful. There is a very popular restaurant on the premises, and it was packed on a Friday night. I had dinner plans elsewhere. This is a clean, safe friendly place. I especially appreciated it as a solo female traveler.

It was clean, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful and there is plenty of parking. It is very old and the room was small with a window air-conditioner that barely cooled. Unfortunately it is the closest hotel to Jones Beach Theater or I wouldn't pay that much to stay there.

The hotel is more like an inn with rooms on the second floor, so you must be prepared to walk one flight up since there is no elevator. Very small rooms with no closets. The bathroom is equally as small. On the plus side they do give you coffee in the morning and there is a refrigerator in the room. Manny was there to greet us and was very kind, friendly and helpful

I stayed one night on vacation. It's a classic old place in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet easy walking distance to a park and dining. Manny was very helpful. Highly recommended.
