I absolutely the location of this property! Very central to Hongdae Red Street and Subway stations. The staff was also quite accommodating, courteous and friendly. I would def book here again on my next trip to Seoul!

Good location. Not a great hotel. The room given had no door handle, just a hole in the door where the handle used to be, so the door couldn't be closed. We were able to change rooms. They also charge a fee to leave your luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. I have never heard of a hotel charging a fee to hold luggage.

Not worth the price paid. The room was very dusty, including the bed, floor, and bathtub, which wasn’t even scrubbed, leaving stains and dust. Very disappointed and unimpressed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. They only provided one towel for two guests.

So easy to get to via the airport railroad. 711 right outside. Friendly staff that are there too help. Check in is at 3pm local time but they will store your bags up front.

Hotel didn’t provide any shampoo and bathing gel without previous mentioning in Expedia. The reason is that due to the law they can’t provide one time disposal amenities, however all other hotels I stayed in Seoul having bottled amenities in place. Another disappointment is they charged 5000KRW per luggage for the storage after checkout. However they simply put the luggage in the lobby open area.

Walls are thin and past midnight lots of loud people in the hallway. Lighting in the hallway is dark as we walk towards our room. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so water everywhere after use. One elevator is old and just patched with brown paper around it. Lobby is very small. If you want to stay in cheap and convenience around Hongdae then this might be it but I didnt feel safe. The rooms looked like a dorm.

Staffs are helpful and efficient. Location is convenient with many dining options, nearest Hongik Univ subway station is 7 min. walk away. Drawbacks are... room is small for 4 adults, not enough space for 4 mid size luggages. Room lightings are insufficient, a bit dim even with all lights turned on. Toilet glass door is only partially glossed, hence can see through inside.

좋았어요.
일단 뷰가 엄청 좋았어요. 여의도 국회 의사당까지 다 보이는 뷰에요. 그리고 위치도 정말 좋아서 합정역에서 금방 찾아갈수 있고 연남동까지 걸어가는 것도 멀지 않아서 좋았어요. 그리고 무엇보다 매우 경제적인 비용이었어요. 이 정도 위치와 뷰에 그만한 가격이면 정말 감사하지요. 대신 샴푸 치약은 없고 비누 하나만 있어서 세면 도구 챙겨야 해요. 그래도 워낙 좋은 가격이었기에 그정도는 좋았어요! 드라이기도 있고 침대도 좋아요. 다만 아쉬운 것은 화장실 문을 열 때 반드시 한쪽 방향으로만 밀어야 에어컨이랑 닿지 않는다는 것이에요. 그리고 침대가 조금 제대로 청소된 것 같지는 않았어요. 많이 더러운 것은 아니었지만 약간의 먼지가 있었어요. 근데 그거 빼고는 매우 훌륭해요.
