Pousada muito boa, todos da equipe muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Manobrista para o carro, café, chá e chocolate quente cortesia. Café da manhã com itens preparados na hora (tapioca, omelete, crepioca...). Quarto bom, cama boa, aquecedor no quarto e banheiro, tv muito boa. Localização boa, bem próximo ao centrinho e Parque Capivari, porém a rua é muito movimentada e barulhenta a noite (saída de baladas e bares com música ao vivo) e o hotel infelizmente não tem isolamento acústico, então foi meio complicado dormir a noite, único ponto desconfortável.

Os pontos positivos: localização muito boa, boa TV, cama confortável, boa qualidade das toalhas e roupa de cama e funcionários extremamente atenciosos e solícitos. Eu acho que pode melhorar em alguns pontos no sentido de conservação dos quartos, como pintura e talvez trocar o carpete. Eu acho que vai ficar mais agradável e com um aspecto de mais limpo. Destaco que sou muito exigente, então, isso pode não ser uma questão para muitas pessoas.

Em geral a relação custo/benefício é satisfatória. Todavia, no café da manhã fomos surpreendidos. O funcionário que se destinava a preparar omeletes e tapiocas, embora ninguém estivesse na fila, fez questão de sequer manter contato visual. Ao contrário, ao me ver acercando-me da estação para uma solicitação deixou o local e foi para a cozinha. Assim também agiu com minha esposa. Lastimável.

O hotel está localizado no melhor ponto da cidade. Para mim foi uma experiencia incrível, porém para meu marido nem tanto. O hotel ainda tem carpet no piso dos quartos, o que fez meu marido precisar tomar uma injeção anti-alérgica já nos primeiros 10 minutos em campos do jordão. Após o remédio, ele pode aproveitar a estádia. Uma sugestão aos proprietários é trocar aos poucos o chão dos quartos. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos, principalmente os da recepção. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. O hotel disponibiliza café, chocolate e bolo durante todo o dia e tbm microondas.
