The dog bed, water bowl, and treats provided in the suite also added a personal touch appreciated by our four-legged family member. Ein wunderbares Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher renoviert. Alles in einem Topzustand mit vielen kleinen gut durchdachten Details. Äusserst frendliches Personal, sowohl an der Reception, beim Frühstück wie auch im Restaurant. Top Preis-Leistung! Ich würde auch 6 Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre.

Beim Check in mussten wir feststellen, dass es sich bei dem gebuchten Zimmer um ein Maisonette handelt und sich beim Badezimmer mit Toilette nur eine Schlafcouch befindet. Eine Schlafcouch kommt derzeit aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht infrage. Beim Auschecken heute Morgen mussten wir den vollen Preis, 252 €, zahlen. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass Provisionen an EXPEDIA zu zahlen sind. Auch ein Hinweis, dass bei EXPEDIA kein Hinweis auf eine Maisonette zu finden ist, brachte uns nicht weiter. Das Hotel wird EXPEDIA kontaktieren. Wir erwarten in diesem Fall eine kundenfreundliche Lösung, da wir das Zimmer wechseln, in einer geringeren Kategorie wohnten und dafür den Preis zahlen möchten.
