第一晚房間冷氣出凤口给电視墙挡住冷气，形成床位置沒有冷氣到，焗到瞓唔到 ，同服務員投訴，要求换房，搬到6楼冷氣好冻，没有暖氣，要求服務員帮忙调教，原來是中央控制15度，冬天冻死人，房間有蚊，咬到面变猪头，不过服務員招呼態度好好， 有禮貌

櫃檯服務人員親切。 只是隔音需改進，晚上11點多隔壁房小孩的嬉鬧聲很大聲。 另外地板上有頭髮還滿多的，床上有體毛。浴室就比較乾淨清潔，整體上是不錯。
