Beautiful lodge/hostel. Everything you need. Property owner is very friendly and gave a wonderful tour upon arrival. Only drawback is that it is a bit out of the downtown area (~2km)... still walkable and a pleasant walk at that... but just a note for those who may have mobility issues and no vehicle. Totally recommend!

Nice affordable place to stay in Wanaka. Place was clean, basic room, with onsite laundry in the building. Huge shared kitchen and dining area, had everything we needed to save money instead of going out to eat. Great location close to Lake Wanaka and hiking trails. Great place to go biking around, hiking, and trout / salmon fishing on the lake.
