Very clean spacious room, with comfy beds, smart TV with netflix, WiFi and a good sized kitchen. Staff were lovely and let us check in early. Only negative is the dated decor, just needs a facelift! Enough amenities in the kitchen for basic meals. Plenty of parking options. Central to town, within walking distance of everything.

We needed a base around Tofino/Ucluelet for a couple of nights. The pictures are deceptive - the motel is away from the dock in the pictures, the rooms are tired with limited plugs, not many functioning lights and despite advertising a kitchen, missing a number of essential items to cook a meal (utensils, cleaning products etc). Practical but not something that we were excited to come back to

Rather disappointed, definitely in need of an update. Old bathroom with a shower that was almost impossible to get to a permanent temperature, scalding or freezing. Sofa seat starting to drop. Walk way to room starting collapse. But on the plus side, TV, fridge, coffee machine & microwave worked. The room service, towels, coffee etc was good

Room was clean but lacked a few things as we come to go fishing every year for two days and we cook our two evening meals and go out for our last night. I assumed because it has a kitchen there would at least be salt and pepper, none. Also no medium to large bowls to make a salad. The amount of utensils was weak. Good sized fridge but it froze a number of our vegatables. We turned it down. Still go back its just 2 min to Jap dock.

Only stayed one night out of the planned 3. No refund. Stayed in other cheaper budget accommodation that was better than this. This accommodation is tired, well exhausted and in great need of some modernisation, attention and tlc. Bathroom door appeared to be kicked in, in 2 places, hole in bathroom ceiling. Kitchen units grubby. Stain on quilt. Judging by the many other reviews (which we wish we had seen before booking) the management are obviously not at all bothered with improving things. Would not return and would not recommend

The staff was very helpful and proactive. Check in was super easy. The property is a bit old. The place felt very dated. The water pressure in the bathroom was low. Location was great. Easy to get to everything in town. But the way the units were structured, meant there was no view.

The photos are deceiving and do not accurately represent the condition of the property. The resort is run-down and poorly maintained. The bathroom is old and neglected, with things like rusty light switches and a rusty bottle opener that should simply be replaced. The exterior and front of the building need considerable attention. Garbage bags were left around, unused areas were untidy, and there were places that appeared to be potential tripping hazards. At the very least, these areas should be cleaned up and made safe for guests. The location itself has potential, but the property needs basic maintenance, cleaning and attention. Guests should also be very aware of the refund policy before booking. If you arrive and find the accommodation isn't what you expected from the photos, you will not be able to get your money back. Unfortunately, what we found when we arrived was very different from what we expected based on the listing photos.

Dirty and dated, with no apparent attempts at upkeep. Even the shower barely worked. In my opinion, the room I stayed in doesn't even deserve one star. The coffee cups had old coffee stain rings, a petrified lime was in the refrigerator and the 1960 desk didnt even have a chair. The price for this disgusting room was $220!!

Not at all a good choice specially when travelling with kids, Main door lock not easily operational, shower sensors terrible, dead bugs , spider webs on floor & roof. Rooms need to be renovated/ thoroughly cleaned if to be listed on Expedia and for better customer experience. 24 hrs staff should be available for customer service.

The motel was good for the price in Ucluelet. Considering how much more other properties cost. The bedding and bathroom were clean. The kitchen faucet was leaking and the water came out on the floor when doing dishes. We informed the staff. Staff was good.

I think the name resort is misleading especially the pictures showing a marina view from a patio as part of their information. The marina view is from the pub where you overlook the marina, and is completely separate from the “motel” which does not overlook a marina. The motel building is older. We had 2 rooms. The rooms were comfortable, however a table lamp didn’t work in one room and the bathroom ceiling fan in the other room was very noisy. There was also a backhoe outside our back window. Parking is free in front of the motel.

We chose this for laundry and kitchenette. Check in was great as was laundry. First impressions of room were poor as the kitchen was in need of door and drawer repairs. Missing knobs, doors that didnt close, damaged surface. But in fact the appliances worked well, stove, oven, newish fridge freezer and kettle. Its a nice quiet location. All taps did drip.

Lots of construction around the motel. Heavy equipment right outside our window woke us at 7am each morning. Never did see any staff or other guests. Room was clean and comfortable except kitchen tap dripped and lack of electrical plugs was an issue.

This property is advertised as a resort however it's more like a spot for men to do a fishing trip. The room was very dated but clean. The bed was on rollers and rolled with every slight movement. The blinds didn't work but there were curtains. Not a romantic couples resort at all.

Nice place, the kitchen in our suit was slightly out dated but we made it work. I would stay again for sure!
