My experience with the staff and service of Expedia has been difficult and unnecessarily frustrating. Artificial Intelligent agents should not be a continued first point of contact when the conditions of the travel experience is DANGEROUS! My family arrived to a hotel that was infested with disease infested bats. We booked for 5 nights and left after one. I started a conversation with Expedia the first night and still a refund has not been issued. The Expedia staff has been inconsistent and most agents (especially Ayush B.) were unfriendly and unapologetic. My families safety is a priority and Expedia has a responsibility to NOT put its customers in DANGER. Issue me my refund and take on the hotel directly. I have had a horrific Expedia experience.
