O hotel é excelente, os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Ótima área de lazer, ótimo café da manhã, o almoço muito bom. O que incomodou foi o som de caixas JBL de hóspedes nas áreas comuns, que dava para ouvir dos quartos, já que são virados para piscina. Deveria ser proibido hóspedes usarem caixas de som particular. O ideal é deixar apenas o som ambiente do próprio hotel, com música tranquilas.

O cardápio do café da manhã era muito fraco, pouca fruta, sucos de frutas horríveis e bolos mal feitos. A tapioca é muito boa. Paguei caro por uma estadia em uma suíte master luxo e não tínhamos toalhas para piscina ou praia incluída, ou seja, tinha que pagar a parte. Isso em um hotel de praia. Inconcebível!! Apenas uma toalha de rosto. Todos os dias sempre uma apenas, isso em uma suite master, a mais cara do hotel. Rsrsrs. E este hotel usa o nome de hotel boutique. Como um hotel boutique de praia não oferece uma toalha gratuita na estadia premium ??
