We didnt have spare toilet rolls and there was no tea towel to wipe down dishes, plug for sink was also broken. But otherwise really spacious and a nice stay. Trams right by and walkable to the markets and shops

City Fringe Delight.
Apartment showing wear and tear. Door lock is a bit dodgy. Check in was a bit slow. Location and amenities are fantastic however which is the main thing( although there are major construction work atm at the front so noise and access is an issue).Anything else is cosmetic which is not a big deal to me. Good thing that parking is available even if one has to pay extra. Overall a pleasant experience. Will go back to stay again.

The hotel was in a great, central location. The gym, sauna and pool were a great addition. However, the room wasn’t equipped with enough for a 5 night stay (toilet paper, towels, kitchen soap, etc) which was inconvenient. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

A fine budget option conveniently located in central Melbourne. Two adults and three kids was a tight fit. Parking is amongst the least expensive. Pool and sauna area was nice.

One bedroom was very dark, which is good for sleeping, the other had light coming in everywhere. You could hear people walking around the corridors, which sounded like thumping. There is currently also a construction site right out front, which they started work at very early in the morning. Receptionist was efficient and pleasant, and the apartment was nice enough.

For the money this apartment wasn’t up to standard. We have stayed in this block before and the apartment was much bigger and in better condition. There was a broken towel rail in the bathroom and the bathroom two way switching was wired up incorrectly. There was also scuffs and marks over the walls and skirting. There were also light bulbs left on the bed which maybe were supposed to be replaced.
