The room had garbage left in drawer and it was extremely noisy. There were multiple Vallard worker rooms around us who were up very early in the morning for work and were not quiet and disrespected other hotel guests who were sleeping. We should have never been placed in an area of the hotel with multiple rooms of workers where the hotel knew it would be loud early in the morning. Extremely disappointed with hotel. I paid good money to not even be able to get any sleep.

The room was clean but we never saw cleaning staff the 5 days we stayed! There was bags of garbage in the hallway near our room that never got moved for a couple days! We did get clean towels but had to get them from the front desk. When we asked for hand soap for the bathroom they said they didn’t have any. Staff were friendly but I think they were under staffed!
