Not only the location is perfect (less than 15 minutes by foot to bus & train stations) but the very professional staff is always helping with all your needs! Eg : you can use washer/dryer yourself but also get your clothes washed by a lady across the street. We really enjoyed walking in the back ally roads around the hotel. The locals are very kind and welcoming! The pool water is not cold and you can also use the hot tubs on the rooftop. The breakfast buffet is perfect : offering north america food and also thai food if you want to taste. Moreover, you should book your excursions (with BigCountry Experience on WhatsApp) at the hotel for a better price and be picked up at reception for most tours. Make sure to also book your transportation from/to airport as they also offer a better price and it is very convenient. We spent 2 weeks at this hotel and we already booked another 10 days when we will be back from Thai southern islands. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!
