Overall, this place had everything we needed—and best of all, it’s right in the heart of historic Savannah, GA. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, sugar, a coffee pot, and even a drying rack, which I really appreciated. The layout of the apartment was open and flowed nicely, making the space feel comfortable and inviting. It was also very cute, cozy, and quiet.
The king-size bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The sofa bed in the second bedroom wasn’t quite as comfortable, but still manageable. We did notice the mattress dipped in the middle, so we used one of the warm, thick fleece blankets provided in the closet to make it more comfortable.
One small note—the tub drain plug didn’t appear to have been cleaned, as we found quite a bit of mold underneath and around it when giving our kids a bath. It made me think the tub may not get used often for baths. That said, the hosts were very responsive, and I’m sure they would have addressed it quickly if we had reached out. We ended up just cleaning it ourselves.
Aside from that, our stay was fantastic. The location truly can’t be beat—we were just steps from River Street and everything else we wanted to see and do. Traveling with three kids, it was the perfect setup for us.
We would absolutely stay here again anytime we’re in Savannah. Thank you for sharing your property—we’d love to come back!
