We were shocked… never have i ever been in such a filthy place.
There was dust and dirt everywere… mold in the Windows, toilet couldnt flash.
We got shown 2 new rooms, and they were just as disgusting.
We had to find another hotel, so we cancelled the booking, but still had to pay for one night.
I have tried to get in contact With hotels.com, but it is impossible.
I feel so dissapointed by this…
I took pictures of everything, to show it to the booking site.
We found another hotel, not so far from this, and a little more expensive, but thats what you can expect when you havent booked in advance, and had to start all over ON the day. This hotel was so much nicer, and also not that much more expensive. I trust hotels.com for providing the best hotels, on their site, and then showing up to this place was horrible.
