I love the spacious rooms with separate lounge area. The bed is large and comfortable and the breakfast above average. The building is a beautiful historic building in a great location within walking distance to the city and tram stops just up the road. The staff are always friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean. They also supply Molton Brown toiletries which are that little bit special. My favourite place to stay in Melbourne.
