Our stay at Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel was nice overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the atmosphere.
The only downside was a slight odor in the room, but it didn’t ruin the stay. Overall, a good option for a relaxing stay in Ubud.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The only con is that the room smelled a bit moldy (which is probably given the Bali climate).

I loved that the property was a little off the main road, tucked away at the back, very peaceful. Staff are amazing. I had arrived past midnight and the security guard helped with my check in, all staff are so polite and helpful. Food is amazing. Thankyou Artini I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property with lovely friendly staff. The one thing that could be improved is that the aircon was a bit loud if you have it on during the night (this didn’t really affect us too much and this could have just been our room). Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again

The reception staff name Deva was a superstar. He was helpful to guide me to all the local places and rhe best way to get there.
The rooms were special and big.
Very central.

We were in the first upstairs room, near reception. The views looking out onto the garden and pool were beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately the toilet bowl was broken and unstable, which staff already knew about. Also, it was quite noisy in the evenings as a club is next door apparently so there was music/bass until 4am and around 5.30am men talking loudly near the room. Sadly we barely slept those two nights as a result. Otherwise, eating breakfast overlooking the pool was lovely and healing, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.

The staff at Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay pleasant from a service perspective.
The location is close to the main streets and Monkey Forest, within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, and there’s a fantastic moped hire option right across the road for exploring further.
The pool area and cafe were nice, that said, the room itself whilst quite large felt fairly average, equipped with just a bathtub shower (mine wasn't very clean) with weak water pressure at time slow to warm. The air conditioning worked well which was a plus however it was annoyingly loud, and the fridge added to the noise, making it hard to fully relax and sleep at night unless I switch them off.
Overall, not the worst place and averagely priced however would look elsewhere in future 3/5 stars.

Property around hotel is nice. Pool areas are beautiful. The hotel wasn’t able to accommodate our request for 2 twins on our first night which wasn’t fantastic. Then we moved rooms & our second room was not clean. Urine was on the floor around the toilet. Staff were good except one younger man. He told us we had free breakfast then said no we didn’t. When I needed medical care I asked him if a dr could be called to attend to me at the hotel, he said no an ambulance would have to be called. Which wasnt true as I was able to arrange my own house visit. The location is good walking distance to shops & sites.

Nice huge room, amazing pool. Beautiful gardens around. Breakfast was good, it's cooked to order, so you will be waiting maybe 15 minutes for your food. There was a big bathtub in the bathroom with rain shower head, I would like to have there a hanheld shower head as well, as this one is little impractical. Location is great, lot of stuff around.

A gem. Loved it. Want to go back.
I originally wanted to stay with at this restaurant for 3 days but could not leave! They were like family during my stay and made me feel right at home. Breakfast in the morning included. People called me by name and always greeted me with a smile and kind words. I loved this place. The room was large and comfortable, overlooking a rice field. It was a 5 minute walk into Ubud and by scooter, you can be everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Perfect location. It is also peaceful and a great place to relax and detox from a hectic lifestyle. Try it out. Say hi for me.

Peaceful oasis
We loved staying here! The hotel is a short walk to the shops and restaurants and away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. We were travelling with our 1 year old so it was good to get away from the noisy streets and enjoy the quiet of the hotel grounds. We often ate in the restaurant at the hotel for dinner, which was very nice. They have a high chair which we couldn't have done without! The only criticism that I will make is that we had to request a baby cot on arrival, even though our booking stated that one was included free of charge, and we specifically requested one when booking. They were originally going to charge us for it until I pointed out that the booking info stated it was a free inclusion. We would definitely stay here again, despite this small hiccup.
