O hotel fica distante tanto da Sorrento 25 km e Nápoles 30 km, na cidade de Gragnano não tem muitas opções de restaurantes, os funcionários do Hotel não são preparados para atender hospedes estrangeiro muitos só falam Italiana,o restaurante do hotel e muito fraco, melhor foi uma sacada do quarto que tem vista para o vulcão Vesuvius e baia de Nápoles, não recomendo para quem não estiver de carro

Mi dispiace essere così cruda ma l'albergo cade a pezzi, le stanze sono sporchissime e la colazione ha solo prodotti da discount, cornetti surgelati di pessima qualità e frutta sciroppata. Il personale è gentilissimo ma non basta. Le camere hanno dita e dita di polvere, asciugamani neppure stirati e logori, ci sono i dispenser per i saponi così brutti che neppur nei bagni di una stazione. Se trovate tariffa a 40 euro può anche andare per una notte, ma diversamente assolutamente no.

Great view grand old hotel

Once we found the hotel (Italian addresses proved difficult for us) we were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly & accommodating front desk staff, lovely grounds (gazebo area & space for weddings etc), free parking, good breakfast included good location between pompeii & sorrento. Gorgeous views of Naples bay from nice balcony. Hotel is older style but well maintained. Only caveat there is only a hand held shower in the bathroom of 2 triple rooms we were in. Large bathtub but if you want a shower be prepared to hold it in one hand to rinse off. Enjoyed our stay
