Hotel in posizione favorevole sul lungomare, di fianco a un bel lido convenzionato, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera basica. Bagno piccolo con doccia scomoda: il tubo della doccia penzola di traverso dentro il box doccia, il copriwater mancante è stato rimontato dopo 1 giorno e si è rotto nuovamente. Colazione basica. Migliorabile.

Formiche in camera, box docci perdeva acqua, porta della camera non si chiudeva del tutto rimanendo aperta dalla parte superiore, piscina sporca e scarico doccia della piscina otturato. Parcheggio non in struttura ma in strada e mi hanno danneggiato la macchina. Nota positiva è che tutto il personale è fantastico. Per il resto non consiglio questo hotel!!!

Soggiorno da incubo.. vi è mai capitato di essere morsi da una zecca mentre state riposando sul letto di una stanza d’hotel? A me sì. Per non parlare dei ragni.. insomma stanze poco pulite e mal curate. In seguito a quello che era successo, il personale ci ha permesso di cambiare immediatamente la stanza dove ci ha accolti, al rientro dalla serata, una meravigliosa blatta gigante che si aggirava beata tra i nostri bagagli. E alla fine di questo soggiorno abbiamo pure pagato il prezzo pieno, senza nemmeno provare a “rimediare” per aver trasformato il nostro anniversario in un soggiorno da incubo.

La struttura è datata e non è curata bene. Al di sotto delle aspettative rispetto alle descrizioni e alle foto presenti nella presentazione sul sito. Foto anch’esse datate e camere non corrispondenti alle foto. Dotate del minimo indispensabile e bagni con problemi idraulici e senza confort. Piscina accettabile. Colazione ai minimi termini...il caffè fuori orario costa 2€. Riguardo al personale posso parlare bene solo del Sig. Michele mentre la struttura a mio avviso potrebbe dare molto di più. Sicuramente non ritornerò fin quando non sarà rinnovata a fondo sia esteticamente che a livello organizzativo.

Ottima posizione sul mare ma in una parte tanquilla del lungomare di Marina di Ragusa, buona dotazione (piscina e dehors), arredi e bagni recenti, personale molto gentile, buona la colazione in una sala gradevole. Peccato non venga utilizzato a questo scopo il piccolo giardino sul retro della camere che sembra un po' abbandonato e meriterebbe di essere valorizzato. Altro difetto: nonostante sia praticamente in riva al mare manca un accesso diretto alla spiaggia, si deve uscire dall'hotel e accedere all'arenile dal lungomare. Comoda la convenzione con il ristorante praticamente di fronte che fa lo sconto del 10% ai clienti dell'hotel.
