I had a wonderful stay at The Treehouse! The property was exceptionally clean, and the self-check-in process was completely seamless and hassle-free. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay!

Deram oportunidade de early check in pois chegamos bem cedo no dia. Sempre respondiam rapidamente as mensagens.

The late checkout is a 10/10! 12pm, doesn’t get better than being able to sleep in! Also the walkability to the best dining and shopping is also 10/10!

Exceeded expectations! Clean, comfortable, and a rare find. Communication with the team was incredibly easy and fast from the start. The property itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered great value. What really stood out to me is that the rooms are even better in person than in the pictures. Usually, you expect listing photos to heavily flatter a space to help sell the room, but "The Treehouse Hotel" looks and feels exactly like the photos—if not better. It is rare to experience that kind of honesty and accuracy when arriving at a hotel. Highly recommend!

I will absolutely only stay here anytime I go to Miami. It is in a perfect spot around food and culture and shops and it is right next to my school. I will always go here. I loved it and the communication was top-tier.

The room was exactly as pictured in the listing. The a/c blows cold and beds were comfy. The shower was strong and offered both a regular as well as handheld shower head. The host is responsive to concerns and there was no issue finding parking in the back.

Checking in late at night is not the best idea at this property, everything is done virtually.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first night was bad. The keypad on my room door stopped working, then it worked again, then it stopped again. I left my luggage inside, went out to get something to eat, and when I came back I could not get in. They told me to try the key in the keybox, but when I opened the box there was no key. They sent the maintenance person, but it took 30 minutes for him to get there, fix my door, and finally let me inside to rest. The hand shower was also broken. I will not book this hotel again. Having no staff on site is not helpful.

Beautiful and worth the money spent for the stay. Easy check in and very secured place. Communication wise is also very good. They have you on their number that you can text if you need anything. AC was on when we checked in which was perfect especially coming in from outside being super hot.
