Nossa experiência no Hotel Ponta Verde Praia do Francês foi excelente. O hotel é muito confortável, tem ótima localização e oferece uma vista maravilhosa. O café da manhã é um dos grandes destaques, com frutas sempre frescas, grande variedade de pães e bolos, além de opções preparadas na hora, como tapiocas, ovos mexidos e omeletes. Durante nossa estadia, o rooftop estava em reforma. Como meu esposo é PCD e isso poderia limitar nosso aproveitamento das áreas do hotel, a equipe nos concedeu, de forma muito atenciosa, um upgrade para uma suíte com banheira de hidromassagem. Foi um gesto de grande sensibilidade e cuidado com o hóspede. O atendimento, do início ao fim, foi impecável. Nossa hospedagem superou as expectativas e só temos elogios à equipe e à estrutura do hotel.

Para quem é cliente do Hotel Ponta Verde começamos a notar perda da qualidade com itens de cama e banho. Disponibilidade de 1 toalha de rosto nos quartos. Limpeza do banheiro a desejar. E vemos também portas e móveis envelhecidos já dando aparência de antigo. Disponibilidade do estacionamento qdo se chega de madrugada, necessário ir até a recepção solicitar autorização e depois voltar ao carro para abertura do portão.

Fiquei hospedado por 09 dias neste hotel. Foi minha quinta vez na propriedade. Por uma necessidade pessoal, tive que quebrar a reserva em duas. Uma de um dia em apartamento de frente para a rua e 08 em apartamento de frente para o mar. No checkin da primeira diária, Implorei para o atendente me dar um up grade me colocando num ap de frente ao mar. O cara simplesmente disse não, mesmo eu insistindo e explicando que ficaria no hotel por 09 dias. Justifiquei ainda que teria que fazer mudança de acomodação no dia seguinte. Ele simplesmente me respondeu que não poderia fazer absolutamente nada. Simples assim
